I had the same problem when i first tried hooking up my fs2 system and it was because the dj mixer was set to line level input but fs2 was phono.

During playback the calibration scope should display a stable timecode signal as pictured below for timecode vinyl and timecode cd.
Make sure that your inputs are set to phono on both the traktor interface and your dj mixer.
